This giveaway (the ‘Giveaway‘) is organized by XBO (the ‘XBO‘).
By accessing the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and you shall be legally bound by any and all of these Terms regardless of your location or nationality.

Eligibility
The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of jurisdictions through which XBO may offer its services who are at least 18 years of age or older, and the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide proof of age and/or identity. The Giveaway is open to individuals globally, except were prohibited by local laws or regulations. By accessing the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of and are not located in any restricted jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Giveaway. You acknowledge that the Giveaway is subject to certain geographic restrictions and may not be available in your area. XBO, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, sales representatives, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns (collectively the ‘Promotional Parties‘) are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. This also includes any respective immediate family members and/or those living in the same household each (whether related or not). For purposes of these terms a ‘family member’ includes any spouse, partner, parent or step-parent, legal guardian, in-law, grandparent, children or step- children, siblings or step-siblings, and grandchildren. Only registered XBO account holders are eligible to participate in this activity. To enter the Giveaway, users must first complete the survey available on the XBO portal. Access to the survey is only available through your XBO account.
Disqualification
XBO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Fails to meet the eligibility requirements;
- Belongs to any jurisdiction where XBO is not providing services to;
- Engages in any fraudulent or deceptive practices;
- Violates the Terms outlined herein.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless XBO, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. XBO does not make any representation and warranties regarding the Giveaway. XBO does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any participants as a result of participating in the Giveaway.
Privacy Policy
You consent to any personal information you provide when participating in the Giveaway being used by XBO for the purposes of administrating the Giveaway. All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be used in accordance with the XBO’s privacy policy, available at https://www.xbo.com/en/privacy-policy.
Publicity Release
By entering the Giveaway, participants grant XBO the right to use their name, username, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Terms
XBO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond XBO's control.
Legal and Regulatory Restrictions
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Selection Of Winners
The first participant who guessed it right will be declared the winner.
Prize Claim
The Winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on X. S/He must respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected. Prize will be distributed in $SHIB to the winner’s XBO account, which must be registered in their name. For further inquiries or updates, participants are encouraged to stay connected via XBO.com and the official Telegram channel.
